ECO-AWARENESS · RECONNECTION • TRANSFORMATION • HUB (EARTH)

What becomes possible when we connect the dots?

Across the world, countless people and initiatives are working for the Earth. Some focus on protection and protest. Others on awareness, healing and inner change.

Much of this work happens in isolation. Separated by language, culture, discipline — or by the false divide between inner and outer work.

Many efforts. Many voices. But little connection … until now.

EARTH is a global hub that brings together initiatives, practitioners, teachers and movements working at the intersection of ecological responsibility, awareness and real-world action. The Hub’s purpose is to make connections visible. EARTH is the “space between the dots”.

Join us in raising awareness of the field of Eco-Awareness in a playful way, bringing together activism, mindfulness, education and ecological action to support meaningful transformation for people and the planet.

How to engage

A single initiative may feel small. A single person may feel like one drop.

Together, patterns emerge. Together, streams begin to flow.

What your Dot could look like

On this global map of Eco-Awareness, there are basically two types of entries (we call them Dots):

Personal Dots for individuals and Project Dots for initiatives and projects.

In the case of the latter, multiple dots can also be placed, for example for key actors of the project.

Below are three examples.

No-Bullshit FAQ

Eco-Awareness (or Ecological Awareness) starts with a simple question: What if we’re not separate from the Earth, but part of it?

It’s about staying curious about how our daily choices, habits and ways of living shape the world around us. It combines understanding what’s happening to our planet with an inner sense of care, responsibility and connection.

At EARTH, Eco-Awareness simply means bringing awareness and action back together — for the Earth, and for ourselves.

EARTH is a curated hub that makes eco-awareness initiatives, people and practices playfully visible and re-connected — across activism, mindfulness, education and ecological action.

Initiatives, projects, organizations and individuals working with eco-awareness, ecological responsibility, inner practice or outer action in many different forms.

Your project doesn’t need to be activist or spiritual to belong here.

Transformation does not only happen at demos or retreats, but also, for example, while shopping. Diversity of approaches is welcome.

If you’re not sure where your Dot in the field could be, ask bEARTH. You’ll find our digital helper at the bottom right in its blue chat bubble.

No. EARTH is explicitly for people in between, in transition, or still exploring. You (or your project) don´t need to be activist or spiritual to belong here.

EARTH is not party-political.
It acknowledges that ecological crisis is cultural, ethical and relational and invites many responses to that reality.

EARTH is not religious but inspired by a secular Buddhist attitude and other wisdom traditions. Spiritual perspectives are welcome, but not required.

No.

EARTH is not a feed, not a forum, and not a place that demands constant activity.

It’s a hub and living map you can engage as little or as much as you like.

No. Listing initiatives and exploring the hub is free. Donations are welcome to sustain this website.

We curate lightly, with a focus on: integrity, care for the Earth, respect for people and cultures.

There are no rankings, ratings or popularity contests!

EARTH is initiated by Christian Stocker and other practitioners, educators and facilitators working at the intersection of awareness, ecology and transformation in collaboration with a growing international field.

It doesn’t necessarily have to be huge. It doesn’t even have to be louder. But more connected, more coherent and more trustworthy. Are you in?

We are happy about every question. Please first have a conversation with bEARTH, our virtual assistant. Often, he/she/it can help. You can find bEARTH in the bottom right corner of your browser.
